OMA-DM CHECK FW Available 0x00000001 - FW Available. For CIDC and CIPRL, this value will be returned by the modem. CIDC and CIPRL are asynchronous OMADM sessions. 0x00000002 - FW Not Available 0x00000003 - FW Check Timed Out
