Detailed Description

Contain the network selection preference.

Parameters

netReg	specifies one of the following actions: 0x00 - Automatic registration Device registers according to its provisioning; mcc and mnc fields are ignored 0x01 - Manual Registration Device registers to specified network; mcc and mnc must contain valid values
mcc	MCC value. Range 0 to 999
mnc	MNC value. Range 0 to 999
