Parameters

TDSCDMARSSIThreshListLen	Length of the TDSCDMA RSSI threshold list parameter to follow
pTDSCDMARSSIThreshList	Array of RSSI thresholds (in dBm) used by TD-SCDMA Maximum of 32 values.
