Parameters

newPwd[PASSWORD_LENGTH]	New password. Password consists of 4 ASCII digits. Range: 0000 to 9999.
newPwdAgain[PASSWORD_LENGTH]	New password again. Password consists of 4 ASCII digits. Range: 0000 to 9999.
