This structure contains information about the Alpha Identifier.

Parameters

alphaDcs	Alpha coding scheme 0x01 - GSM Default_Char 0x02 - UCS2 0xFF - Not Available
alphaLen	Number of sets of the following elements: pAlpha_text If zero(0) then no further information exists.
alphaText[MAX_DESCRIPTION_LENGTH]	Data encoded as per the alpha_dcs
