WDS Connection rates request data structure for individual session

Parameters

pCurrentChannelTXRate[OUT]	Instantaneous channel Tx rate in bits per second.
pCurrentChannelRXRate[OUT]	Instantaneous channel Rx rate in bits per second.
pMaxChannelTXRate[OUT]	Maximum Tx rate that can be assigned to the device by the serving system in bits per second
pMaxChannelRXRate[OUT]	Maximum Rx rate that can be assigned to the device by the serving system in bits per second
