WCDMAECIOThreshListLen	Length of the WCDMA ECIO threshold list parameter to follow
pWCDMAECIOThreshList	Array of ECIO thresholds (in units of 0.1 dB) Maximum of 32 values Range for ECIO values: -31.5 to 0 (in dB)
