- Every time a new ECIO value crosses a threshold value, an event report indication message with the new ECIO value is sent to the requesting control point. For this field
- Each ECIO threshold value is a signed 2 byte value
- Each ECIO threshold value increments in negative 0.5 dB, e.g., an ECIO threshold value of 2 means -1dB
- Maximum number of threshold values is 16
- At least one value must be specified
- Threshold values specified above are used for all RATs
