This structure contains Channel Rate

Parameters

CurrChanTxRate	Instantaneous channel Tx rate in bits per second
CurrChanRxRate	Instantaneous channel Rx rate in bits per second
MaxChanTxRate	maximum Tx rate that can be assigned to the device by the serving system in bits per second
MaxChanRxRate	maximum Rx rate that can be assigned to the device by the serving system in bits per second
