This structure contains information related to call state change.

Parameters:

	Callinfo	See callInfo for more information.
	isEmpty	Multiparty indicator. 0x00 - False 0x01 - True
	ALS	Alternate Line Service line indicator. Feature for supporting two different phone numbers on the same mobile device. 0x00 - ALS_LINE1 - Line 1 (default) 0x01 - ALS_LINE2 - Line 2
