ECTCallState 
  • ECT call state:
    • 0x00 - ECT_CALL_STATE_NONE - None
    • 0x01 - ECT_CALL_STATE_ALERTING - Alerting
    • 0x02 - ECT_CALL_STATE_ACTIVE - Active
presentationInd 
  • Presentation indicator
    • 0x00 - presentationAllowedAddress
    • 0x01 - presentationRestricted
    • 0x02 - numberNotAvailable
    • 0x04 - presentationRestrictedAddress
number 
  • Number in ASCII characters terminated by NULL
